Payments: Credit/debit cards and other payment methods indicated during the checkout process are accepted.
Shipping: Deliveries are made within the national territory and to other countries depending on availability. The estimated delivery time will be indicated at the time of purchase.
Returns: In accordance with Article 102 and following of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and unopened.
For health and hygiene reasons, returns of products that have been unsealed or used—such as wigs, hair extensions, or other items that come into direct contact with the skin or scalp—will not be accepted.
Customized or made-to-order products (such as oncology wigs or individualized hair prostheses) cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Legal Warranty: All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty of conformity, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects or non-conformities present at the time of delivery, but does not cover natural wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or incorrect handling by the customer.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The relationship between Esmeralda Hair Extensions SL and users is governed by current Spanish regulations. In case of conflict, both parties shall submit to the courts of the consumer’s domicile or, failing that, to the courts of Málaga (Spain).
